Alpha Lion SUPERHUMAN vs BH2K:
Full Label Comparison
Alpha Lion built its reputation on full ingredient transparency too — "no proprietary dose tricks," every ingredient on the label. This comparison uses the real, current supplement facts panel from SUPERHUMAN Original against BH2K's, not marketing copy.
What Is Alpha Lion SUPERHUMAN?
SUPERHUMAN Original is Alpha Lion's daily-use pre-workout, built around a blended-caffeine system the brand calls SUPERHUMAN ENERGY®: 275mg of caffeine anhydrous for fast onset, plus 30mg and 20mg of zümXR extended and delayed-release caffeine layered on top, for a total caffeine yield of 325mg. The extended-release layering is a genuine formulation choice aimed at the same problem BH2K solves differently — a hard caffeine crash.
Alpha Lion markets the same "full transparency, no proprietary blends" promise Unmatched does, and the label backs it up — every ingredient and dose is printed. The real differences are in which ingredients each brand chose, not who's more honest about the label.
Alpha Lion also runs a "Pick Your Switch" lineup alongside SUPERHUMAN Original — a non-stim Pump option and a higher-stim Jacked variant, letting you choose a stimulant profile the way Unmatched separates BH2K, Outlier, and Dissident. If SUPERHUMAN's 325mg blended caffeine is more than you want, Alpha Lion's own Pump formula is the closer match to Unmatched's stim-free Dissident, not SUPERHUMAN Original.
One label detail worth flagging for buyers: SUPERHUMAN's B-vitamin doses are unusually high relative to daily value — Vitamin B12 at 20,833% DV and B6 at 2,941% DV. Both are water-soluble vitamins with wide safety margins at these levels, and Alpha Lion discloses the percentages openly rather than burying them, but it's a bigger number than most pre-workouts print, and worth knowing about if you're already taking a separate B-complex or multivitamin.

Where Alpha Lion Is Genuinely Better
Price Per Serving
At ~$1.90 a scoop versus BH2K's ~$3.00, SUPERHUMAN is meaningfully cheaper — even with STEVEN10 bringing BH2K down to roughly $2.70, Alpha Lion still wins on raw cost.
Extended-Release Caffeine Technology
The zümXR blend is a real, patented formulation approach to smoothing caffeine's onset and reducing crash — a legitimate answer to the same problem BH2K solves by skipping caffeine entirely.
More Servings Per Container
21 servings versus BH2K's 20 — a small edge, but a real one.
Where BH2K Wins
No Caffeine At All
Even smoothed with extended release, SUPERHUMAN is still 325mg of caffeine — a genuinely high dose. Paraxanthine gives BH2K a real stimulant effect without the caffeine tolerance curve or the sleep disruption risk of a late dose.
Built-In Creatine Precursor
CreGAAtine pairs creatine monohydrate with GAA for a strength-plus-cognitive angle Alpha Lion's formula doesn't touch — SUPERHUMAN has no creatine at all.
NSF Certified Manufacturing
Alpha Lion states it's made in the USA; Unmatched's NSF Certification is a higher, third-party-audited bar for facility and product purity.
Which Unmatched Product Is the Closest Match?
BH2K is the direct comparison — both are everyday, full-strength pre-workouts. If price per serving is your priority and you're fine with caffeine, SUPERHUMAN is worth considering; if you want a caffeine-free stimulant and a built-in creatine precursor, BH2K is the pick.
Worth noting: if what you actually want is a genuinely non-stimulant option, neither BH2K nor SUPERHUMAN Original is the right comparison — that's Dissident on Unmatched's side, and Alpha Lion's own SUPERHUMAN Pump on theirs.
